Sherwood Forest Northridge with pool $444,900 Worst House Best Neighborhood
Worst House Best Neighborhood, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1393 sf single family home on a 20,110 sf lot in Sherwood Forest Northridge, California. This is a test of my new Canon HD VIXIA HF20 – I love this camera! My favorite part is in the living room, the sliding glass door is open and the lightweight curtain is blowing gently in the breeze on a skyblue background that is an empty in-ground pool. No longer sparkling, but I love the shot (in High Def), but I obviously need a wide-angle lens. Here’s the first video I shot, it’s not HD after it’s been youtubed (the HD version is clear and vivid):
